What should i bring?
We provide the craft, paddles, life jackets, and any other safety equipment — so you can just show up and enjoy the water. Wear comfortable activewear clothes and dress for the weather - if it's cold wrap up as you feel it more on the water.
Will I get wet?
Yes — it’s water sports! You might get splashed a little as you are close to the water, but we provide all the gear you need to stay safe and comfortable. If you are not wearing wet gear, bring a change of clothes. Being on the water is part of the fun - it's a refreshing feeling.
Do I need experience to join?
No experience required! Our instructors guide beginners step by step so you feel confident from day one. We won't make you do anything that you are not comfortable with
Are there toilets and changing rooms?
Yes, we have modern changing facilities, hot showers, and accessible toilets.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help. You’re welcome to cancel or change your booking up to 7 days before your activity.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or make changes within 7 days of your scheduled session.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an activity for operational or safety reasons, we’ll get in touch right away and offer you the choice to reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a full refund.
What if it rains?
Light rain won’t cancel a session — we embrace the outdoors! Severe weather may require rescheduling.
Do you have parking?
There are lots of parking and public transport options. Q Park parking is a 2 minute walk away, we have a bus stop at our front door, Pearse St Dart Station is a 10 minute walk and The Red Line Luas stop is a 5 minute walk
